FCP X Project Settings (Missing Proxy)
I’m transitioning from FCP world to FCPX and was editing a project, I don’t know what happened but I somehow clicked on something that made all of my files proxy or at least tell my project settings that the files are proxy.
The files ARE NOT proxy and are just regular files recorded straight from the camera (H.264)
How can I revert my project for it to NOT be looking for Proxy Media?
I’ve tried everything and can’t find it anywhere……
Please Help someone, thanks

There’s a button on the top right of the viewer window which allows you to turn off proxy mode.

Thank you, in the viewer window next to the percentage size view you are currently in there is a light switch which you click on and under “media” you will find the option to view Original media/ Proxy
I had it on Proxy somehow and when I switched it to Original everything was fixed.
