“BG The Diffuser”
No it’s not the title of a cheesy action film, This is an FCP X Adjustment Layer preset derived from a Motion title effect.
This preset enables you to add a Diffusion type glow to your footage.

There are three levels of intensity built into the preset if you require a stronger glow, or you can just duplicate the adjustment layer to intensify the effect.
Plenty of options to get that glow looking just right.
– 3 Diffuser Intensity presets
– Blur the luminance key (glow is determined by keying the luminance of your shot)
– Key level adjustment to fine-tune the area which is will receive the glow
– Adjust the mask density by using the Mask Levels controls
– Adjust the brightness and contrast of the glow area
– Diffusion Radius
– Diffusion Opacity
– Diffusion Threshold
– Diffusion Softness
– Add a subtle tint to the diffuse glow
– Adjust the gamma of the non-diffuse area
– Adjust the saturation of the non-diffuse areaScreenshots:
