FCP Upgrade Help-3.0 to 5.0

Im going to upgrade my FCP from v3 to 5.02…is this something I can download? Also, do you recommend FCP Studio pro? Whats the difference?

You must purchase the software. Studio includes more software than regular FCP.

I meant to say you must purchase and software physically, you cannot download the upgrade. Any Apple Store and some other Apple resellers will have it, or order it online.
