FCP transition basics
I’m working on a project this week which will likely be cut in Premiere Pro. Can someone link me to a resource showing the basics on transitioning from FCP? I know that PPro has a setting which maps the FCP controls, but I’m not sure which all of the tools are supported. Thanks.

I just opened up Premiere Pro on my Mac, and I was able to import ProRes footage fine, but didn’t see where I can set the sequence settings to ProRes. I’ll be editing this project on a PC … will I be able to install ProRes or DNxHD for use in Premiere Pro, and if so, can I use one of those as my sequence setting? Also, anyone know if I can natively edit in FPS1?
