OK I am editing my first job on PP6. One 4 minute segment for Pet Show, figured I d start small.

1st question: Im use to deleting in the timeline by setting I & O points and using one of the 2 delete buttons on the Apple keyboard to get a ripple or lift delete. PP6 seems like I have to use the blade on each track, our link them first, then right click ripple delete. Thats a lot more steps than Im use too. Is there a faster simpler way?

    Aloha Ron

Add the Control key and the selection will be deleted just the same way but added to your clipboard for pasting elsewhere. Quick way to move shots around.
