I have finished editing a project in FCP 7. What are my options for sending it out to another computer to be colored with Da Vinci? Source files are 2 DSLRs (H.264) and Lumix (MTS, non quicktime). Everything was Log and Transfered into FCP as Prores 422.

Ask the Colorist who is using the DaVinci how they want it delivered.

If all the media is on an external drive, then export XML5 from your timeline and take the external with ProRes422 to the grade. As Shane says, talk to the grader as issues like drive format and codec should be talked through and never assumed.

da Vinci runs on PC as well as OSX and Linux so nothing should ever be assumed about preferred codecs and XML formats
