I’m new to the world of P2. My producer needs a a compressed copy of the footage I’ve shot, but with the clips re-named, and a time code reference.

I’ve strung all of my re-named clips into a FCP timeline, and rendered out the time code burn-in.

I now need a way to compress this, as the timeline is 1080i and quite a few GB’s in size.

I have Compressor and Sorenson Squeeze at my disposal; I’d like to offload this onto a DVD.

Can anyone suggest a workflow for me?

    Thanks.

FCP to Compressor and choose one of the DVD presets.
