  • FCP splitting exports on non FAT32 drive

Posted by Alex Ezorsky on November 14, 2010 at 5:33 am

I am exporting sequences via “Quicktime export” and getting file1.mov, file1-av.mov1, file1-av.mov2 etc. I read up on this and apparently this is what FCP does for drives that are FAT32 formatted. But non of my drives are FAT32, they are all MacOS Extended.

Any clues to why FCP is doing this?

    Thanks
