  FCP Sequence Settings and Such

  I am now shooting with the Sony FS100 and have a couple of quick FCP questions. Am I correct in the assumption that when I shoot 24fps with this camera, I still need to set up my project to 23.98 1080psf and not just 23.98 1080p. Secondly, if I choose to shoot 30p with this same camera, which project setup will I use? I do not see a 30p setup option and I have never shot at 30p before.

  And lastly, this camera has a 60p option. Will shooting in 60p have any advantages. I have read that only really high end very expensive cameras shoot true 60p. However, I was curious if anyone has experimented with this? Does it offer any advantages. In addition, what project setup would I use for that.

  For the last several years, almost everything that I have shot has either been XDCam (F350) 23.98 1080psf or 29.97 1080i. So now that I picked up the Sony FS100, I wanted to be sure that I am using the correct FCP setup.
