  FCP reconnecting media glich

  I am on a mac book pro using FCP the latest 6.2
  For some reason, everytime I reconnect the media, it looks like its connecting but its actually not. If I highlight the edit timeline, it will start over and reconnect the media again and again if I ask it to.

  Also it doesn’t keep a render either.

  Any ideas??
