    Hello!

I’m working on a Final Cut Pro project and I could really use some help.
I imported several video’s to cut some pieces out of them and put them in 1 video.
    Now I have 3 problems
    – When I play my sequence, I often get ‘frames dropped during playback’
    – When there is a cut between different video’s it shows a frame of the second video (the one after the cut) that should not be there. It’s a frame that is in the original video, but I didn’t cut that out to put in my timeline, so I don’t understand why it’s showing that.
    – And finally I have to render every clip when I move it a little. I know that is has to do with the timeline settings not being the same, but the different movies all have different settings, so is there an other solution for it?

    Thank you!
    Irene

    Hi Irene,
You really give us a no info about your system, your footage, your sequence..
The drop frames can be related to your system configuration, to your sequence RT setting,..
The frame that shouldn’t be there can be due for editing with footage without proper TC.
And if you always have to render is probably because your sequence specs do not match those of the footage.
