FCP plug-ins for multiple users
Added a new iMac to our suite of computers in the office, mainly used for photo montages so I don’t need all the power of a mac pro. We have 5 different employees. I installed all of our 3rd party filters, YES multiple licenses where needed. Anyway, the filters were installed into the SYSTEM HD>Library?Application Support>Final Cut Pro System Support>Plugins folder. My question is that the plugins, filters, transitions, generators, etc. are only showing up in my user and not the additional users. Never seemed a problem elsewhere, on the other computers. An ideas? Thank you and have a great day.

Did you enable them in the Effects Menu>Effects Availablity>All Effects?

Hi Kevin, thanks for the reply and sorry about the slow response. I didn’t think anyone replied yet because I didn’t receive an email. ANYWAY, yes I did check that option for the other user. And all the users. I have even trashed preferences and tried that again. Repairing permissions now and doing the SUDO periodics. I’ll let you know if that works.
