FCP or IO LA (sync problem?)
Hey folks,
am outputting a 90 minute FCP sequence to betacamSP using AJ IO LA. For most part things are fine, but once in awhile (20-30 minutes) the output gets hung upon video for second or so and the rest of the output runs out of synch. I have been corecting it by ‘editing’ in right before the pickup points of the sync occurence.
Is this likely an IO issue or an FCP (or Mac) issue. I am admittdly running an older g5 (power pc dual 1.8, 2 gbram, ati radeon 9600) but no other programs are running.Any tricks to help move through better?

That has happened to me too…
what I do is to reboot and just open the fcp sequence and start again..Hello from Mexico….
