June 4, 2009 at 6:22 pmYou can export individual stems in FCP by hitting command-zero on your sequence to bring up the sequence settings. Find the audio outputs tab. Set the number of output tracks there.
Then go back to your audio mixer in FCP. You can then right click on each output track (A1, A2, etc) and choose which output that track gets assigned to. Then File > Export > Aiff and make sure to choose channel grouped. You will than get a separate file for each stem.

June 4, 2009 at 6:49 pmHey Jeremy, Thanks.
I really like that.
However in this case I think that it is going easier to consolidate the SEQ through Media Manager. Then when I bring it over and it is built and i can just move on. It is under 3 min.
Either way thanks for the tip.
