I am running FCP 6.0.6 and after Logging and Transferring clips from my P2 cards to the Bin/loading them to the timeline, I get no audio playback. The weird thing is that I am getting levels on my meter and when I export the sound is there. Am I missing something with the initial settings? This is happening throughout all of my projects.

    Any ideas?

What’s your audio output set to?

Check that everything is kosher in your Sound Preferences Panel on the OS level, and then, Trash Preferences, Restart and try again.

Are you sure that your log and capture window isn’t open? That may be the culprit.

I fixed it. Somehow the A/V settings got switched. Thanks for the help!
