FCP “mosaic” plugin

Does anyone know if there is a plugin for FCP or After effects similar to the “mosaic” screensaver in OSX 10.5? What it does is takes images from your iphoto library and mosaics them with lots of other images to create mosaic picture that dissolves into the picture from the iphoto library. It’s very cool. here’s a you tube link so you can see what it looks like.

Is there aFCP or other solution for this effect? I have a project that could benefit from this.
