FCP Lower Third
Good day,
Per the request of my client I need to create a lower third that has a blurred effect to it. I can’t figure out a way to get that look anyone have any suggestion. I have uploaded an image of what I need to mimic.

Put another layer of the same video on top, crop, add blur, add saturation, add a border. Put text on top.
