  FCP import MXF

  We use the Sony XD HDCam camera’s that record to a disc media. The video files are .mxf format. We are currently using Sony XDTransfer software to import and convert the clips to quicktime format. Does anyone know how to import and edit directly with the MXF clips? It seems like that should be a simple import function, even if using XML data. Any ideas?
