  FCP HD export is jerky

  I have just finished cutting a project on FCP and when I export its jerky on QT playback.

  I am using footage shot on Sony 700 so its XDcam HD422 1080p25

  I render before export

  I am exporting through compressor: QT H.264

  25 fps

  compression type: H.264

  Size: 1920 x 1080

  Field output: progressive

  Codec: H.264

  Everytime I export the timeline its jerks, and skips and generally Bug*ers up. It drives me crackers, IT’s something I’m doing in the export settings clearly. I really just need some fail -safe settings to export these films without the problems.
