FCP freeze
I am working on a 3 screen, semi-panoramic museum presentation and have to sync the playback. Shot with 3 Panasonic AVCHD cameras. Installed a Caldigit Fasta-1EX card and am using a 500gb WD studio drive. Mac Book Pro 2ghz. FCP Studio 2.
Problem:
After about an hour of editing the machine freezes. Sometimes “Force Quit” will not work. Any ideas? I’m stumped.Willy Bearden

Can you try FireWire 800 and not the card? Also tell me more about your 3 screen workflow.
