  FCP exporting OMF with errors

  I have exported OMF from FCP 5 and every time when
  open OMF in Nuendo its very bad! Some parts are correct,
  but most of sequence is out of sync… something missing…big mess!
  The sequence is 2 hours and have 16 audio tracks
  Someone can help!?
  If I buy Automatic Duck, am I sure that will be correct OMF?!
