    You can’t go Wrong with On2 product.

    they produce the best looking .flv and .swf files

    Does on2 actually do .swf or just .flv?

    Also asking because most people posting the question simply don’t really know the differences or how to use the two different items.

    If you have CS3, there’s the Adobe Media Encoder that will do excellent flv from QT
