  FCP export to compressor. MP4 files out of sync

  I have seen posts about this before but I have the same problem, even after reading suggested alterations to Compressor MP4 settings.

  If I export a Quitcktime file it plays fine but the file is huge, about 9 gigs. If I make an MP4 file from the QT, it plays out sync and the video seems to be playing in slow motion. I changed the key frames to 30 instead of the default 15 (as suggested by someone before and seemed to have solved the problem for him) but it fix my problem.

  I am using ProRes 422. Any suggestions?
