  FCP export problem

  Hello,

  I have used fcp numerous times, but just the other day when I was exporting a project I was working on and uploaded it to the internet it looked like this:

  Might I add when I was exporting it it only took maybe 10 seconds to export, and the project is around 3:00 minutes long, which I thought was kinda wierd. If you watch the video you’ll see that it’s also only 15 seconds on youtube when it’s suppossed to be around 3 minutes. Does anyone know whats wrong? Please help me!
