    Trying to perform an insert edit in FCP of a previously output HD 29.97 timeline. New Kona 3 installed since this program was put on tape (previously had a Kona LH). Sequence is fully rendered all settings set to 1080i 29.97 (including the Aja control box), deck is set for 29.97.

    Everything plays through and looks great through the machine and on the monitors until I initiate Edit to Tape. It performs the edit and the picture starts looking great but after about 30 or 40 frames looks somewhat blocky like it has been scaled up (jagged edges). During ETT the Kona control box settings are reading fine.
