  FCP crashes during Share Export to DVD

  Hello, I’m trying to create and burn SD DVD and Bluray by using the share option in FCP. I shoot with DSLRs and the file sizes are big, but does it really take 12 hours to create a DVD that’s 1hour 30mins.? Is this normal? I’ve created DVDs before using share with Z1U footage, it only took 3 hours.
  More importantly, FCP crashes after 7 hours of exporting files, it will open my drawer for the DVD and then crash. Why is this happening? Thanks in advance.
