After having a severe finder malfunction, I archived and reinstalled my OS (10.4.11) I then checked and reinstalled the updates. Now when I start up FCP nothing happens. This is what the console is giving me.

    Anyone got any ideas?

I’ve trashed the plist files to no avail, permissions are all good.

Did you try reinstalling FCP as well?

When I was using final cut express several years ago the same thing would happen to me. I checked online and it said to delete the FCP prefs folder. Did that and it started right up… Just a thought…
