FCP – cinema tool fail
Hi, I recently tried to open cinema tools in order to slow the frame rate of a video I had shot at 60fps. Upon opening, the program immediately failed after in bounced around in my dock. I use a macbook pro and the program came with my FCP. I’ve used it before but this time it seems to not be working at all. Any insight on what might be causing this error?? Final Cut works just fine.
I recently upgraded to Lion (which I regret) and I’m wondering if that has anything to do with it. Cinema Tools seems to be version 4.0. Could this be the issue?

I have seen other posts that suggest Cinema Tools 4.0/4.01 is not compatible with Lion.

and here https://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1203519I am not sure which version of FCP had Cinema Tools 4.0 however I am using FCP V 7.03 which has Cinema Tools 4.5.1 which does run fine under Lion.

It def seems to be Lion that is messing up some of my programs. I’m considering going back to Snow L. Thanks for your help!
