When I play a clip, how can I get it to play full frame in the cinema display. I have tried AV connections, full frame… and I’ve tried under view. I have tried apple/f12. I can get full frame, but it doesn’t play at speed but catches up to picture when I stop it?????? Thanks

    VIEW>VIDEO PLAYBACK>DIGITAL CINEMA DESKTOP PREVIEW>FULL SCREEN. Then VIEW>EXTERNAL>ALL FRAMES.

Thanks Shane. I have tried those selections, but still nothing. Maybe I’ve got something else wrong?
