  FCP capture

  Hi all,

  I am capturing DV video from a Canon Vixia HV30 in FCP 6.0.6.

  The video comes from an old Sony High 8 cassette.

  It’s capturing the video and audio in different files. When I try this procedure in iMovie,
  the video and audio are captured in same .mov file.

  Can’t seem to find the setting that will allow the FCP cap to bring it into a single file. When
  I do HDV off of the same cassette, it comes into a single file as HDV and is fine…
