fcp capture window
I am trying to capture some mini dv video into fcp. I open my capture window to find that the “preview is disabled” All of my settings seem to be correct. (yes my settings are set to capture video and audio, not just audio.) My deck recognizes my fire wire connection, but the video is not being displayed on the screen in the capture window. Help

Might start by trashing your preference file for FCP…
Post which versions of OS, FCP, and QuickTime you are using too.
