I have FCP 7 on my iMac. I have gone through the earlier posts, and I have tried all the tricks, FCP will not recognize the camera. The Audio-Video settigs only have DVCPRO HD settings so I am at a loss. What more can you suggest?

Did you get it to work, yet?

Make sure cam is unplugged from computer, switch cam to the proper export setting, then plug in and try. The import settings need to be what is stated earlier in the thread.
