    They have used an old film frame or an empty film leader frame as an overlay – pretty easy to achieve.
    Google “old film frame photoshop” and look at images. You will see lots of static film frame overlays that you could use. I found several borders and a large film strip graphic.
    There are also some film look plug ins that will make your footage look more “film like” inside the frame.
    There are some free ones like CGM aged film that can add grain and tint etc. There are others – just search for film look plug ins.

    did you find that a particular frame or one very similar , the frame- whole in the middle with part of adjacent frames on the sides? I was looking for info on overlaying and saw your post. thanks, Scott

    I haven’t been able to find a border similar, so i just screenshotted the video and editted out the insides, not very professional but yeah,
