FCP Automatically Opening
I have a client who just updated their FCP software to 5.1 and now when you turn on the system, FCP will automatically start once the OS is loaded. This really isn’t a problem, except that it can’t find the scratch disc (x-raid) the first time, but will see it when you tell it to look again.
Like I said it’s not a problem, I just want to know if anyone else’s software is doing this and where that option or preference is?

In the SYSTEM PREFERENCES in the ACCOUNTS area, there is a button for LOGIN ITEMS. I bet FCP is in there. Remove it or turn it off.
