  FCP and XDCAM transfer

  I have two XDCAM EX1R cameras nthat shot the same frame rate and size but multicam editing says the codecs dont match. The project is 3 hours long and needs to be turned around quick but I can not even get an image to display without rendering. Any quick suggestions?
