  FCP and Render problems

  I have FCP 5.0 and I was putting together a 13-minute project. I have a 500 Gb drive for my video capture and a 10,000rpm 75Gb internal drive for my renders. I decided this allocation because of the speed of my internal drive. However, I made some changes yesterday that….how can I say this….disappeared from my timeline. It’s as if the computer didn’t recognize any of my changes. I even went back to the Autosave Vault, and it didn’t even go back more than an hour before.

  I’m confused. I would love some feedback. Does it have something to do with my allocation?
