FCP 7.03 start-up issue
Out of the blue, my FCP is acting up. It will open only after the preferences are trashed. I thought you only had to do this once, but I have to do every time.

You should also Repair Disk Permissions after trashing. However, when FCP goes crazy, I trash prefs, then run Disk Warrior, and finally, Repair Permissions. This has saved my bacon countless times over the years.
