    Hi,

I have editing many projects on FCP 7.0 but now have switched to Premiere. I no longer have a mac to export an XML file to import into Premiere but I have have the FCP project files.

Is there a way to import the project into Premiere or is there a outside software program to convert the files?

Think you’ll need to find a Mac and FCP7 – there didn’t seem to be much demand for a stand alone file converter when FCP 7 already did it with XML…..if you want to email me the FCP 7 file i’ll try to turn it into an xml for you and email it back andyfield@aol.com

When you find a Mac . . . I found I had to export XML for a 40 minute movie in 2 sections. XML imported the first half of the file into PP and the second half was garbage.
