FCP 7 won’t open after migration.
Posted by Matt Tureck on July 27, 2012 at 6:02 pmA friend just migrated an older computer to an up to date MPB. Anytime I try to launch FCP, or any other part of FCS, it crashes before even starting to load.
Any idea how I can fix it?

July 28, 2012 at 12:11 amIf he has his FCP 7 registration number he can borrow anyone’s install discs and reinstall FCP. Uninstall first. Not as good as a full clean install but most likely will do the trick. If he registered FCP , Apple might be able to send him registration number.
