hi and Late merry Xmas to all

having a few problems with quality when exporting out of FCP7

have a 1.45 min Project completed in ProRes 422 and can not seem, what ever l do to have it look like it does when it’s in the Canvas window.

the original footage was HDV 1080i60 Captured Via Fire wire Sony as ProRes 422 (normal) the Time line and Sequence are set to Prores422 and render is also set to the same as option

I need to have a MPEG clip to use for a TV at an Airport and when l export from FCP to Quicktime it looks and Jumps all over the Place not as Per Canvas bad quaitlty

when l try to compress the Quicktime file the outcome of either a DVD or MPEG/H.264 file looks shocking and really unusable in my eyes

    What am l doing wrong?
    how can l fix this?

what is the best way to keep the file looking as per Canvas when l convert to either a DVD or MPEG file?

Could someone please advice me on what to do and how to do it please
l need a MPEG File for the Airport TV and also a DVD whats the best way

new to Compressor and really need the help ASAP Project Due in 24hrs

thanks for all for your help and time and early happy new year to all

    Regards Paul
