FCP 7 Offline Edit
This is probably somewhere in this forum, But I’ll ask again. I have no clue of how to start an offline edit or even the workflow of an offline edit, I’ve looked everywhere and could not find anything, I know the theory of it but I’ve never done one and I’m shooting uncompressed now And would Like to do one,
Any tips are welcomed.

REALLY? That’s tricky. All camera’s compress somehow. What are you shooting?
Oh, and read this, but replace OFFLINE RT with PRORES PROXY.

I’m Using a Sony EX1 with Decklink SDI to shoot uncompressed as well as ProRes 422 HQ (Still testing things) And in the near future I want to use a Nanofalsh.
