FCP 7 desktop preview not synced
Hi,
We’ve just installed Final cut studio 3 on 4 systems which used to have FC studio 2.
We have Mac pro
Dual core intel Xeon
3 GHz processor speed
8 GB RAM
Nvidia Quadro FX 4500 which has 2 displays connected.When playing sequences and having the “digital cinema desktop preview Full screen” mode on the picture gets stuck on the preview every few seconds, but keeps playing correctly in the canvas window. When scrolling frame by frame it does the same.

I am having the same problem after installing Apple Pro Apps 2009-01.
Here’s an entry from my console messages – maybe it points to a solution?
“11:05:09 5:56:42 PM Final Cut Pro[346] Warning once: this application, or a library it uses, is using NSQuickDrawView, which has been deprecated. Apps should cease use of QuickDraw and move to Quartz.
Yes, but how?????
Any thoughts out there?
