fcp 6 wants pal?
HI,
Recently upgraded kona LHe firmware to deal with a popping issue with audio. Pops are gone but now FCP keeps forcing the card into 625 (pal) mode when capture is initiated. Trashed the settings, tried working from the FCP presets in easy setup and tried setting up a NTSC preset in AJA control panel. No luck.

Pardon my mirth, but what a welcome change to hear of a system defaulting to PAL (the most used system in the world) instead of NTSC.
I am sure that there will be something simple like system preferences to fix it but I don’t know the Kona LHe so I can’t help.

DId you upgrade the drivers too? If so ry uninstalling the drivers, restart, then reinstall the drivers.
