FCP 6 using Pro Tools 96 I/O for audio?
Anyone know a trick to get final cut 6 to use
the Digidesign Pro Tools 96 I/O for an audio interface?These are darn near the same exact boxes that Avid uses
for their edit systems. -

ProTools is OWNED by Avid, so that is why they are darn near the same boxes.
And FCP isn’t an Avid. Avid doesn’t like FCP so….I would suspect not. But I don’t have firsthand knowledge.
