All I can suggest is basic troubleshooting, duplicate your time line and then cut each time line in half. If one half consolidates fine and the other doesn’t, then you can start isolating the problem. I had to do this on a recent DVCpro 50 project in 5.1.4. The problem boilled down to one funky nested file in the time line. (Yes I told the editors not to nest, but they don’t always listen) I ended up cutting the sequence into smaller and smaller pieces until I could isolate the one shot that was bad.
