  FCP 6, endless rainbow ball freezes

  Hi All,

  I’m using FCP 6.0.6, and starting just recently, if I click on any other application (say I go to Safari, or check a text document), and then click BACK on to FCP, I get the rainbow ball which lasts long enough until I have to do a force quit (at least an hour).

  I’m wondering if it’s the OS 10.6.8 compatibility with FCP 6.0.6, or maybe Sonicfire 5, or even Photoshop files….?

  Any thoughts? Questions?
