FCP 5.1.2 1080i/25p firestore import problems
Has anyone else (especially users of the 202 pal version of the camera) had issues with importing clips shot in 1080i/25p and stored on the firestore fs-100 into the new 5.1.2? any clip under around 12 seconds will not import just comes up with a red exclamation mark. I haven’t had time to try other recording formats yet just 1080. I noticed else where on the forum someone had a similar problem shooting 720/24pn obviously using the 200 ntsc camera so maybe this is a software problem?
There doesn’t seem to be a problem when shooting using p2 cards just the fs-100. While all of us using the 202 are extremely happy that FCP finally has support for 720p/25p and 720/50p it would be great if these bugs could be worked out soon please panasonic/apple!

Hey man,
Did you have any luck finding out about your problem as we’ve just experienced exactly the same problem as you with the red exclamation mark coming up on certain clips, using p2, 1080i, FS100 etc.
Any help would be muchly appreciated.
