  FCP 4.5 & Soundtrack

  I am having trouble exporting media to Soundtrack to work on it. I know how to do it on FCP 5.0 (control click – send to, etc.. and it auto saves it to your project on FCP) but how do I do that and then have the changes saved to the project I am working on when using FCP 4.5?
