FCP 4.5 not reading my camera/deck
I have just upgraded to FCP 4.5. I have been using a Sony TRV20 camcorder as a deck, and now, FCP won’t read it. I have device control in log and capture, but no picture. And when I look up my capture settings, it says the DV device is missing. What is going on?
I know it’s not the connection because I was able to bring in the footage using iMovie.Thanks for the aid

Did you recently upgrade your QT also? That may it if you did. There is/ was a known issue that many other posters in this forum have had the same problem. You may want to do a search.
