I have captured my material on 25 fps. In cinema tools i have confirmed it to 24 Fps so my data is now 24 fps.I have edited my film now i want an Edl of 25 Fps because my Telecine was 25 Fps.
i have tried Dv24@25 But not getting 25 fps Edl. Its shows wrong timecode. Timecode super on my frame does not match with my source timecode

In the TC Rate column in Final Cut Pro, what does it say for all your media files?

I bet it says 24 fps. Severe but just punishment for not reading TFM. Apple included “Conform 25 to 24” in FCP 4.5 so the app could keep track of the 25 fps TC.

Thats what I need to find out from you rajiv. If it does say 24 then in their current state you will not get an usable 25fps EDL from a 24@25 sequence.

However all is not lost, if you select ALL your media files and Control>Click on the TC Rate value for one of the clips, then choose 24@25 in the pop up, all your clips should now have the original 25fps TC back. I know it sounds odd, but it does work.

Give it a try and then see if you can make another EDL.
